Overland Townhomes

A Palmander Street neighbor with a 1936 historic home said he'd look directly at the new townhomes and threatened to seek a three-story ADU to block the view if the project is approved.

Owner of the historic Gould residence, which backs directly onto the site, opposed the project, citing invasion of privacy from upper-level windows and balconies and incompatibility with the historic neighborhood character.

A former Hervey Street resident opposed the project over height, setbacks, parking overflow, and the tight right turn from Hervey onto Overland, noting he was denied a small garage addition under the same rules.
