Utahna Road traffic

Representing the neighborhood association, he raised concerns about wheelchair users and cyclists on sidewalk-less Utahna Road, street parking narrowing every road, and questioned why the developer can't use the old business exit onto State Street.

A 35-year Utahna Road resident, he said the area doesn't need more traffic, noting there's no light at either end of the street and worries about losing his well house to future sidewalks.

She argued the developer should build infrastructure before anyone moves in, said the project effectively makes Utahna a State Street frontage road, and asked council members to visit the street and see the traffic themselves.
